I have switch Bowie from kibble and he loves it and licks the bowl clean everytime apart from the fish. He will still eat it if serve but not not in one go unlike the other meats. He' s weight is maintained and not had any problem with runny poos.

Georgie loves the variety, I like the convenience and I would recommend it to any dog owner. Great work 5 Hounds team.

Before feeding our Groodle puppy Flynn 5 Hounds puppy food, he was the fussiest eater we had ever experienced. We would have to coax him to eat, and when he showed interest in his food, we had to sit with him while he ate and try not to distract him. Since the his first meal of 5 Hounds, he is a new dog. He waits impatiently for his meal, and licks his entire bowl clean every time we feed him. We are so happy with the change it has made to his appetite. I have a very fussy French Bulldog that hasn't been overly happy with any food she has tried up until now.. and WOW, finally she is eagerly waiting for her dinner, even having an occasional hurry up winge 😃 we have had a couple of hiccups but overall she is doing really well and it's so good not having to stress about her meals. I have two Mini Schnauzers, Murphy and Ernie and tried many different brands of dog food for these two fussy little dudes. In my search, and at my wits end, I stumbled across 5 Hounds. Not only has 5 Hounds changed their lives, it has changed mine too. No more stress that they aren’t eating as they both lick their bowls clean every single time. Albert is a real foodie and is waiting patiently each night for his 5 Hounds meals. All varieties are devoured in no time! Yes, as a few people have mentioned the packaging and it has its pros and cons. I love the flat packaging for the freezer storage, it's great! However, it's a little challenging to store when its opened...maybe in time a zip lock could work, but hey, this is my issue not Alberts and the most important thing is he loves the food. He is a Cavalier King Charles so his diet is very important to maintain good health as this breed can have a number of issues in their lives. 5 Hounds is the way forward for Albert!

5 Hounds has really changed our world. Our two girls are thriving - so healthy, with soft, shiny coats and perfect poo. We’ve been using 5 Hounds for nearly two years now, and the quality is consistently excellent. On top of that, the customer service from the 5 Hounds team is absolutely brilliant - we feel valued and actually feel like we're a part of the team itself! We couldn’t be happier. My dog usually has a pretty sensitive stomach & takes ages to adjust to anything however, by some miracle, he took to this right away. We did use the symbiotic powder so assume that aided the transfer.

The main difference I have noticed is he never has smelly farts anymore & his poos have been almost perfect. He used to have a mix of solid/soft brown but yellowy coloured poos but with 5 hounds, they are always always dark brown & solid. He is 2 1/2 years old now & he has never has poos this great so consistently. Even when we give him chicken which is his favourite food but doesn't always sit well i.e. smelly farts or softer poos & there is no difference.

Its seems to be his favourite fresh food that we have tried. He will eat it without anything extra but we always add something else in his food anyway e.g. some mince or cheese or something, just cause he loves it.

He isn't a fan of all the flavours but what dog is. Beef is definitely his favourite. Goat & Venison he also likes. Wasn't a fan of Kangaroo (although never is) & wouldn't even eat the fish. I am happy with the 3 options for diversity.

The price is great comparative to other fresh brands out there. Note we feed half bowls & he gets the rest of his food via snacks & enrichment.

The starter box is great. I wouldn't have tried this brand without it.

I would suggest an improvement to the packaging. Those plastic bags are so annoying to handle & spill everywhere. I have started opening the whole packet & storing in a separate container but would be ideal to keep it in its packaging.

My boys absolutely love it and they and get so excited for dinner time now.
And I love the fact that they get a different protein every night so they don’t get bored. Thank you!

Can’t thank you enough Dr Will. My fussy French bulldogs turned their noses up at everything. Now they are waiting in the kitchen for dinner and eat everything in the bowl and then look at me like “where’s the rest”. So happy they are eating food so good for them and they love it💖

Suki just gobbles her meals down. Although the fish is a bit stinky. Will be putting the pup onto this when she is a bit older.

Best decision we’ve made! Transitioned from another brand and we are so happy we did. So fresh and love that you can clearly see the fresh meat, fruits & vegetables. Our 9 month old frenchie girl is absolutely thriving and loves every single meal option. We pop her meal in the microwave for 30 seconds just to remove the fridge chill and squish it into a slow feeder as she would otherwise inhale it 😂 Her coat is super soft, her tummy health is perfect, her eyes sparkle and she devours every meal. Also love the slimline package, great for freezer storage. We are confident our girl is being fed the best for a long healthy life. Thank you Dr Will & team😊

She is really thriving on it! She always looks for more after she is finished & is so very healthy, happy & has boundless energy. I love it too because it keeps her weight under control which helps her hip dysplasia. Her boundless energy & ability to jump is a great concern for me though because of her hips, but I’m thrilled that her vet doesn’t think that it has had any ill effects on her which is fantastic & & is really pleased with how she is going with everything. I have four shetland sheepdogs who are all show dogs, and one has had considerable gut issues. However, since moving to 5 Hounds Venison, all of the gut problems have disappeared. Coats are shining, dogs are energetic and healthy, and I haven't had one refuse any of the meals yet. I prefer not to be on a subscription, and the 5 Hounds Team were perfectly ok with me just ordering when needed. Great job, Dr Will.

My furbaby is a lab x cocker spaniel so loves food but has a sensitive stomach. He loves all the flavours but I'm most impressed by his tolerance for the red game meats. Usually kangaroo and the red meats do not agree with him so I'm pleasantly surprised by no issues at all with these meals.

I cannot recommend 5 Hounds by Dr Will enough! My 14-week-old puppy, Peaches, is thriving on their puppy program. She absolutely loves the meals and gobbles them down—though she definitely makes it known that she does not like the fish flavour! Even without the fish, the other recipes have worked absolute wonders for her. Her coat has become super shiny, and she has the healthiest puppy energy. What sets 5 Hounds apart is their incredible team. They have been so kind and helpful every single step of the way, assisting me with everything I need for my growing pup. Their wonderful support genuinely makes me feel more like a friend than just a customer. Thank you, Dr Will and the team, for an amazing product and top-tier service!

We have our 2 dogs fully converted and that includes one very fussy poodle mix with stomach issues.
The venison has been a hit too. The quality is very high - you can tell the first time you open it - and its usually gobbled up quickly.
We tried other frozen raw meat brands but found they had very high water content.
i just hope the packaging industry in general can move to a sustainable plastic in the near future.

Well what can I say! Our girl Mila arrived from overseas, very stressed out after 10 days of quarantine, off her food and just not herself. We immediately contacted Dr Will for a consult and came up with a plan to get Mila back on track. Today was our first delivery and Mila's first dinner beef bowl. What can I say it was gone before we knew it! Thanks Dr Will and 5 Hounds we can't wait to see where this journey takes us. P.s. the Kanga treats were delicious - Mila told me so!

Sunny (3) and Cooper (2) are both golden retrievers and they absolutely love 5Hounds. Since transitioning them months ago, they look healthier and the vet always compliments them on their health, coat and nature. Cooper is massively food driven and since being on 5Hounds if we are 1 min late for his feeding time, we get bullied he loves it that much hahah. Great product and fantastic service from the team too with ordering schedules. I have noticed this side of the business continually improve also. Something I know in business is difficult, however, the 5Hounds team are always advancing which is great! Couldn't recommend more!

Jack and Luka love 5 hounds and are thriving. Jack has a history of skin, tummy and joint issues and i believe a fresh food diets best for him.
