Wini-May started her delicious 5Hounds food journey at 13 months old.
I was delighted and privileged to meet Dr Will at the 2024 Dog Show when he was launching the company.
Dr Will knew his 'stuff' and was full of passion when describing his sous vide recipes and for me - it was a dream come true to finally discover his product.
Wini-May is 3 in October and has grown into a very happy - healthy little girl.
I thank 5Hounds every time I serve her meals as she never hesitates to dive right into her slow feeder - can't get her food down quick enough!! She doesn't hang around quick enough for me to photograph her eating but she sends you a very BIG woof and some lickety-licks to say thanku for making her feel so healthy and full of energy every day! Thanku for all the love Dr Will - there's a whole lot of very blessed puppas in this country due to your never-ending drive and commitment. You're a superstar!!

My Dog absolutely loves 5 Hounds! She has never rejected a flavour and absolutely demolishes her plate of food EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thanks 5 Hounds, for creating something so healthy for our pups!

My dachshund x is SO excited when I mention BREAKFAST! He absolutely loves his meal! We've opted for full meals and I love that I can provide him with quality AND variety! I feel confident that what I'm feeding our beloved family member is the best quality and super dooper tasty! How lovely it gets delivered to my door every 3 weeks and is pre packaged, saving me time and energy. I would love to have options on pre package sizes, but I I think this is already something in the pipeline for 5 Hounds. Very happy customers and highly recommend.

We tried another home cooked dog food provider, but my dog did not take to it.
This one seems better, he will eat the beef, not sold on the fish yet maybe with time.
I like that there is blood in the food; means it is nice and moist not dry. I warm it on the fry pan, breaking it up and making it palatable. My dog is very difficult to feed, so pleased he eats the beef.

I love that the frozen dog food packets are nice and slim so they defrost quickly and even faster in hot water. The variety is fantastic and my dogs bowls are spotless after their dinner

5 Hounds has changed our family for the best. I have 1 dog with a sensitive little tummy & another dog who is a fussy eater. Both of my boys enjoy the fresh food, eat it all & look for more. Our mastiff Lenny absolutely loves his dinner. He used to be fussy and leave a bit but now he scoffs every bite. His coat is super shiny. We mix it with fresh kangaroo or beef which works well. Only thing i didnt like was the fish. It was too sticky to get out of the bag easily but otherwise excellent quality and we are very happy

We recently introduced Five Hounds to our senior girl, Indy, after she had become increasingly fussy with her food. She has been predominantly raw fed for years, so I was quite particular about finding something that still aligned with how we wanted to feed her nutritionally.

Five Hounds has been an absolute hit. We currently mix it with her Raw 100 and she genuinely LOVES her meals again, clean bowl every single time!

I really appreciate the quality and variety of the ingredients, the different protein options and that the meals are gently cooked while still being complete and balanced. It feels like we've found the perfect middle ground between the fresh, whole-food nutrition we value and something our older girl is genuinely excited to eat.

Most importantly, Indy is thriving on it. We've just placed our next order and Five Hounds will absolutely be staying in her rotation.

I used to make my own dog food from ingredients I sourced myself. 5 hounds is so much more convenient and Luna absolutely loves it. She’s happy and healthy, we travel a lot sometimes without a fridge or freezer so having the half bowl option is amazing to be able to hybrid feed with dehydrated options. The treat packs mean we can have our favourite 5 hounds wherever we go!

It took a while, but my 10-year-old German Shepherd dog has more energy, actually wants to play now! Her coat is glossy and she seems much happier. I tried a couple of raw foods, but I couldn't stand the smell. With 5 Hounds there is no foul smell, and you can see the fruit and veggies in the food. And of course, my Jaffa loves it!

My mini schnauzer Mav loves his 5 Hounds meals. After using another raw food company for a few years I have found 5 Hounds to be of higher quality and love the fact you can see the different veggies, etc in the meat. Mav woofs down his meals!!

Our Blue cattle dog loves his food but more importantly his skin issues have gone away since switching to 5 hounds! I’m so happy and our Axel dog is very happy!

So relieved to have tried 5 hounds. My year old Shepsky was getting fussier and fussier with her butchers dog meals she had been on since a pup. It got to the point she flat out refused to eat it for four days. Decided to give this a shot and she has licked the bowl clean since. Her coat has also become insanely silky since switching. Such awesome food, thankyou!!

We moved our 13 month old Cavoodle to 5 hounds, and started our new puppy straight away on 5 hounds.
They are now like alarm clocks when it comes to feeding time and let us know they're hungry.
I had done a lot of research to find what is the best food to serve dogs, and the breeder who we bought both Cavoodles from had shown us 5 hounds and new we wanted only the best for them.
Either thawed out or slightly warmed, they both spin in circles all the way to their feeding spots.
I wasn't sure what variety to order to start our new puppy with and contacted 5 hounds. I was given great advice.
Our 13 month old puppy loves all the varieties of food and takes her time, our puppy is face down almost inhaling hers.
Their food bowls almost don't need washing they're so clean after meals.
I have recently got the girls the Sardine and Manuka treats, after their first taste they know the sound of the packet opening and when I walk in the room both dogs are either sitting patiently together or in their kennels waiting.
Do your dogs a favour and get them these treats. Training becomes very easy. Thank you 5 hounds for contributing to our dogs health and well being, we greatly appreciate it.

My whippet was always a fussy eater and had tummy and reflux issues from the time we got her. When we started her on 5 Hounds, she was finally eating every meal and all of her gut issues seemed to settle down!

We eventually gave another, cheaper food delivery service a try, but there was an instant and persistent difference in her 💩. Needless to say, we’re very happy to be back on 5 Hounds for good and feeling confident that she’s healthy, happy and actually enjoying her food!

My 6 month old Toy Cavoodle adores her 5 Hounds meals. She licks her bowl clean. I had to buy slow feeder inserts to stop her from virtually inhaling her meals! She is a picture of health and vitality. I am extremely happy with 5 Hounds.

5 Hounds is truly the best dog food available. After discovering our pup had a chicken and beef intolerance I was incredibly relieved to discover all the wild meat options available with 5 hounds. From day one our puppy was obsessed with this food, mealtime is the highlight of her day! We also have really appreciated the team’s dedication in responding to our enquires. We definitely feel our girl is in safe hands.

Omg my cavoodle is fussy this food he licks the bowl clean and moves the bowl around the kitchen hoping he can get one more hit lol ! Although the fish one is a no and also gives him the runs but all the rest is gold well worth buying . Love this product and knowing it’s sustainably sourced and humans can eat it to ! Love your post on that !

Our dogs have tried many natural food products, but we have found 5 Hounds to be the best. No leftovers for even the fussiest eater. The packaging does not leak and very easy to defrost.

Whilst he’s always eaten pretty much whatever, he absolutely LOVES your food. He’s only been eating it for a week and there is a difference in his coat, his bright eyes and he is noticeably calmer.

All of my dogs really love their meals. I’ve got a new golden retriever who has to have more selected proteins like the goat, Kangaroo or venison and he’s really settled and my other two Otis and Hector get so excited when they’re having their meals they want me to hurry up and dish it out as quick as possible cause the squealing almost with delight. .
