We get to make decisions based on what's actually best for our customers and their dogs, not what protects a margin.
Costs across the pet food industry are going up, and it would be easy to quietly raise our prices along with everyone else. We've chosen to absorb those increases instead, because we don't think the cost of caring for your dog should keep climbing every few months.
