If your dog doesn't love their 5 Hounds meals, Dr. Will can work with you to ensure your dog gets onto a real whole food diet. If this isn't possible, we'll offer you 100% of your money back.

How Delivery works
5 Hounds meals will be delivered to your doorstep frozen, which is why we recommend that you store your dog’s meals in the freezer until ready to serve.
We would also recommend your freezer be kept at -15°C. To serve, defrost to 4°C and keep any unused portions refrigerated. Do not refreeze.
As 5 Hounds meals are flash frozen directly after being lightly cooked, they can remain frozen and suitable for consumption for 6 months.
If you would like to make any changes to your subscription - whether pausing, cancelling, or editing - make those changes by midnight on the Sunday before your delivery.
For example, if your order is set to be delivered for Thursday the 15th, you’ll need to update or pause your subscription by Sunday the 11th.

On the Overview tab, if you scroll to the bottom you’ll see the products contained within your Subscription Order.
This is where you can make adjustments to the contents of your meal plan, as well as any Longevity Treats or Synbiotic Powder you have included in your order.

Can I skip a delivery?
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes you can skip a subscription delivery. Simply log in to your subscription account and on the Overview tab, you will find clear communication regarding your dog’s active subscription and when it will next be delivered.
Any orders that haven’t been processed and paid for can be amended if you wish. For example, you can ‘Skip’ your next order, ‘Reschedule’ to another date that suits or if you need you order quickly select ‘Ship Now’.
What if I need to cancel?

To pause or cancel your subscription:
1. On the Payment Details tab, select either ‘Pause’ or ‘Cancel Subscription’ where it says Manage Subscription.
2. Pausing your subscription will mean no further orders are processed, but you can log back in and resume your subscription anytime.
3. Cancelling will completely make your subscription ‘Inactive’. When cancelling, we would appreciate if you could leave us some feedback on why you’ve decided to cancel.

If you need to change or update your billing method (payment details) at any stage, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Log into your portal and Click the Payment Details tab.
2. Select ‘Update Payment’ in the Payment Method section.
3. Change your existing Payment Method details or add a new Payment Method.
